Oliver Labs LLC, often shortened to Oliver Labs, is a founder-led AI systems studio by Zach Oliver. The work starts with how a company already operates, then moves into AI systems, integrations, workflow redesign, automation, or custom software only when those things clearly fit the workflow.
The company is intentionally small and hands-on. That is part of the offer: the person studying the workflow is close to the person shaping the system.
How the work stays grounded
Oliver Labs does not start by forcing a product into the business. The first step is to map the work: customer touchpoints, roles, handoffs, data, current tools, approvals, and the points where people are losing time or visibility.
From there, the recommendation can be modest or ambitious. Sometimes the right answer is an integration. Sometimes it is an automation. Sometimes the business needs a new operating layer.
What is already public
The Eidice product family is public proof of the type of systems work Oliver Labs builds. It is not a claim that every company needs one of those exact products. It is evidence that the studio can design, ship, and operate real software.
